We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Stone Countertop Template Technician to join our team. This role requires expertise in measuring and creating accurate templates for stone countertops, ensuring that all installations meet the highest standards of quality and precision. The ideal candidate will have experience with LT3 Raptor software and Proline software to assist in the design, measurement, and fabrication processes.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and create templates for stone countertops at client locations, ensuring accuracy and proper fit.
• Use LT3 Raptor software and Proline software to input measurements and generate precise templates for production.
• Communicate with designers, fabricators, and installers to ensure the project meets design specifications.
• Review blueprints and design plans to determine the proper layout and material requirements for the countertops.
• Ensure proper handling and transport of templates to the fabrication team.
• Inspect templates for accuracy and completeness, making necessary adjustments as needed.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues during the template creation process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at job sites and within the company workshop.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the template creation process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Stone Countertop Template Technician or in a similar role.
• Must have experience with LT3 Raptor software and Proline software.
• Strong knowledge of countertop fabrication, materials, and installation procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and other technical documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in countertop fabrication or related fields.
• Experience with CNC machines and stone cutting equipment.
