The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for guiding and supporting new customers through the onboarding process. The Onboarding Specialist must possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. In addition to these qualities, they will be responsible for the following:
Onboarding Process
• Work closely with new customers to understand their goals and objectives..
• Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Product Knowledge
• Develop a deep understanding of FinalForms products and services.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and best practices to customers.
Resource Management
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed within established timelines.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Customization and Configuration
• Collaborate with customers to customize and configure the software to meet their specific needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the onboarding process.
Stakeholder Communication
• Communicate project progress, milestones, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Foster positive relationships with internal and external project stakeholders.
Reporting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including status reports and issue logs.
• Provide regular reports on project status, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Documentation
• Create and update onboarding documentation, including user guides and training materials.
• Ensure that customers have access to relevant resources for a successful onboarding experience.
Continuous Improvement
• Gather feedback from project team members and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute insights to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
Professional Development
• Stay updated on industry best practices, project management trends, and relevant tools.
• Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and development in project management.
Occasional Travel - Initial onboarding will require 1-2 weeks in person at our Cleveland, Ohio office. Additional travel required for annual Employee Summit and educational conferences when needed.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2 plus years of experience in project management and/or education sector.
Technology Experience
Able to effortlessly manage HubSpot, GSuite, FinalForms, and other applications
