The General Manager is an individual who leads and partners with the operations leadership team and brand support team to drive performance in sales, execution, reporting, analysis, training & continuous improvement.

A leader who is dedicated to driving performance while mentoring and coaching the team.3 years of GM experience in high volume restaurant with background in P&L management and labor cost, and multi revenue centers.A champion of the culture and the brand standards and comfortable with corporate set initiatives.A role model who leads by example when it comes to leveraging systems, adhering to the concept differentiators, and delivering on our promise of perfect execution.A can-do, problem solving and fun-loving attitude.In your role, you will :

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
