Role Description
Finalytics AI is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager who excels in dynamic agency environments and possesses hands-on expertise with content management systems (CMS). In this full-time role, you will support cross-functional teams in delivering digital projects on time and within budget—managing schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and clients. While our headquarters are in the San Francisco Bay Area, this position offers flexible remote working options.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution of digital projects, including website content updates, platform enhancements, and integrated marketing strategies.
- Work closely with creative, development, and strategy teams—both in-house and with external partners—to align project goals with business objectives.
- Utilize your expertise in content management systems to improve content workflows and maintain high standards for digital publishing.
- Lead project kickoffs, sprint planning sessions, status updates, and retrospectives to ensure transparency, manage expectations, and promote a culture of ongoing improvement.
