Position: IT/IS Audit Senior

Role Overview:
- As an IT/IS Audit Senior, you will lead audits and direct staff auditors, ensuring high standards of diligence and accuracy. You will operate with minimal supervision, providing guidance, reviewing work, and making key decisions in all areas of IT/IS auditing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct advanced and complex IT/IS audits across a range of environments, including federal government sectors.
- Supervise and mentor staff auditors, providing instructions and feedback, and overseeing the quality of audit tasks and revisions.
- Engage in multiple audit engagements simultaneously as a senior auditor, showcasing strong project management and leadership skills.
- Perform thorough assessments of IT controls, processes, and systems to identify risks and inefficiencies.
- Drive the planning, execution, and reporting stages of audit engagements, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum two years of experience in IS/IT auditing, with additional experience in a supervisory role beneficial.
- Previous exposure to IT auditing within the federal government environment is highly regarded.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), or CPA are advantageous.
