Minimum Requirements:
Five (5) years of loan officer experience.
NMLS registered.
Hawaii driver’s license
Proficient with mortgage loan software and Microsoft suite products.
A typical work week includes:
Marketing products and services by developing relationships with the real estate community and the procurement of new customers via sales calls.
Meeting or exceeding the assigned number of sales calls to target markets through monthly review of production results.
Implementing and executing programs established for solicitation of new business
Ensuring high quality and customer-service standards.
Identifying mortgage loan system improvements.
Completing mortgage loans by monitoring collection, verification, and preparation of mortgage loan documentation; scheduling and completing mortgage loan closing.
Engaging in regular team sales meetings.
Attending and assisting in trades shows and other events.
Completing management reporting.
