Purpose of Role :
Responsible for leading the development and application of machine learning models, advanced analytics, and statistical techniques to support strategic decision-making and optimize business outcomes.
Expectations :
- Develops, deploys, and refines machine learning models to solve complex financial services business problems and improve organizational processes.
- Works with cross-functional teams to collect, clean, and preprocess data from diverse sources to ensure high-quality input for analyses.
- Conducts in-depth data analysis and produce actionable insights to support strategic initiatives and partners with various business units to understand needs and apply data science solutions effectively to meet business objectives.
- Continuously assesses and fine-tunes models to ensure accuracy, robustness, and reliability, adapting to evolving business conditions as necessary.
- Documents processes, maintain data science best practices, and provide training and support to team members on data initiatives.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($90,000 - $140,000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
