PURPOSE OF ROLE
Responsible for assisting in rate sheet generation, loan-level correspondent bidding, reporting, data, department projects, and process improvements as prioritized by management. May serve as support in other areas of the Capital Markets Department as needed.
EXPECTATIONS
- Prepares, generates, and distributes detailed pricing grids to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensures pricing grid accuracy, timeliness in delivery, and alignment with current market conditions and organizational pricing strategies.
- Operates and maintains the functionality of the wholesale locking system.
- Corresponds with wholesale counterparties in relation to loan bidding, lock management, and pricing questions.
- Supports and maintains loan level pricing engines in programs utilizing SQL, python, or VBA.
- Collaborates with management to implement changes, optimize settings, and address issues related to pricing tools.
- Prepares reports on pool sales, loan inventory, channel margins, and historical performance.
- Monitors reverse mortgage market trends and provides timely updates to management and key stakeholders to ensure organizational strategies remain competitive and compliant with market standards.
- Serves as support in other areas of the Capital Markets Department as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($80,000 - $85,000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
