Purpose of Role
- Responsible for analyzing and evaluating the performance of paid search campaigns. Also coordinates A/B testing efforts.
- EXPECTATIONS
- Tracks key metrics, identifying trends, optimizing campaigns for better performance, and providing insights to improve the effectiveness of paid search advertising strategies.
- Coordinates all aspects of the A/B testing process, ensuring tests are properly executed, tracking results, interpreting data, and making recommendations based on findings to optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Assist the Digital Marketing Director with the daily operations, ensuring that day-to-day marketing objectives are met efficiently.
- Develops, customizes, maintains, and coordinates marketing reporting.
- Measures digital marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Develops and maintains key performance indicators across digital marketing channels.
- Monitors KPI’s, metrics, and reports to identify small and large scale trends as they are happening.
- Identifies and communicates key digital marketing trends across the reverse mortgage industry.
- Presents information gathered to senior management across various lines of business.
- Communicates and liaisons with senior leaders to help them interpret and understand the results of their business, identifying key actions or events that led to results.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION - REQUIRED
- High School Diploma
QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION - PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s Degree
QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION - FIELD(S)/PROFESSION(S)
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 2 years experience in Google and Bing marketing analytics.
- Previous experience creating, evaluating, and maintaining marketing KPI's and dashboards preferred.
- Knowledge of full funnel marketing strategies, marketing attribution, digital media, user engagement.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and understanding of key digital marketing metrics.
- Familiarity with digital reporting tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Salesforce, WordPress, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Social Media Business Tools.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools.
- Advanced understanding of Google Analytics.
- Ability to turn raw data into meaningful visualizations and analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($81,400 - $97,700) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
