Purpose of Role
Responsible for defining and overseeing the enterprise-wide architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s business goals and technology direction. Provides leadership in designing scalable, secure, and innovative technology ecosystems that support digital transformation and long-term growth. Serves as a key advisor to senior leadership, driving architectural standards, governance, and modernization efforts across all technology domains.
Expectations:
- Develops and maintains the enterprise architecture framework to support strategic business objectives.
- Aligns technology vision and architecture with the organization’s short- and long-term priorities.
- Regularly interacts with executives and senior leaders across the company to ensure enterprise architecture is aligned to the broader business needs and strategic goals.
- Oversees the integration of systems and platforms to promote efficiency, scalability, and agility.
- Establishes and enforces architecture principles, standards, and best practices across the enterprise.
- Partners with data and emerging technology teams to activate new enterprise capabilities and innovation opportunities.
- Directly contributes to high-priority, highly technical company initiatives requiring architectural leadership and deep technical expertise.
- Guides engineering and technical teams to ensure consistency with enterprise architecture.
- Communicates architecture strategy and roadmaps to business and technology leaders.
- Creates and drives the strategic design, management, implementation, and overall program development of infrastructure systems.
- Ensures enterprise-wide technology systems are implemented and maintained in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Ensures infrastructure components are compatible, integrated, and scalable to support future business growth.
- Aligns enterprise architecture efforts with business needs, performance objectives, and innovation opportunities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, infrastructure strategy, or related technology leadership roles overseeing large technology portfolios, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated success partnering with data, security, engineering, and business leaders to deliver enterprise capabilities.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure architecture and lifecycle management across large-scale enterprise environments.
- Recent experience in enterprise architecture design, implementation, and governance.
- Track record of success in strategic and technical project management, including delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise application integration (EAI) and integration architecture across heterogeneous systems.
- Deep understanding of capacity planning and capacity management to ensure systems meet current and future performance demands.
- Advanced ability in requirements engineering and analysis, aligning technology to evolving business needs.
- Familiarity with programming concepts to guide architectural decisions and communicate effectively with development teams.
- Ability to design and review technical specifications and ensure solution alignment with enterprise standards.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication capabilities across technical and non-technical audiences.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($275,000 - $325,000 ) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
