Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee month-end close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with departmental goals
- Review and analyze financial data, resolving discrepancies and enhancing reporting accuracy
- Support the Controller with staff development, internal controls, and process improvements
- Collaborate across departments and with executives to drive operational efficiency and compliance
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
- 5 years of accounting experience in a leadership role
- Advanced Excel skills required
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
