Financial Additions is representing a boutique M&A Advisory Firm in Fort Worth seeking a Vice President - Execution Team
This is a key role responsible for managing and overseeing the execution of deals once they come in. This individual will essentially "quarterback" transactions, ensuring all parts of the process run smoothly from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will come from an investment banking, private equity, or family office background, with hands-on experience managing transactions. While we have a conservative culture, we are looking for someone who can effectively balance the demands of the transaction process and help drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the execution of transactions from deal inception through completion.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient deal processes.
- Drive strategic discussions related to deal structure, terms, and execution timelines.
- Liaise with external partners, including legal and financial advisors, to ensure that all necessary documents and approvals are in place.
- Work closely with senior management to ensure that deals are aligned with the company’s long-term goals and objectives.
- Analyze and review the financial and operational performance of potential acquisitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or family office environments, with a focus on acquisitions and transaction execution.
- Proven track record of managing and executing transactions from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, deal structuring, and M&A processes.
Salary : $125,000 - $200,000
