A small financial service company of 16 team members is seeking a Client Account Manager to address all responsibilities associated with exceptional customer service of a strong client base and additional customer growth. This is an in-office opportunity with minimal travel requirements. We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary and monthly performance-based commission and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities
- This individual is responsible with the satisfaction and retention of current clients and the identifying, development and on-boarding of future clients.
- This is an all-inclusive role of interfacing with clients, which includes the daily intake processing of new accounts furnished by our clients and the monthly distribution of corporate work product directly to our clients.
- You will also be responsible for completing operational tasks while minimizing risks under established policies, performing routine to moderately complex, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently, and resolving issues related to daily operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Starting pay is: $6800 - $7500/month depending upon corporate performance. Upon completion of training (90 - 120 days) pay will increase to $9000 - $10,000/month. Pay can go higher with in strong months.

Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Drive business development efforts through strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives.
- Manage the entire sales process, from warm calling potential clients to closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce to track account activity, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Provide technical sales support by communicating product benefits and features effectively to clients.
- Lead account management activities, ensuring all client interactions are professional and productive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales. Expertise in building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently.
