We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional dining experiences in Soldotna, Alaska. This role requires a hands-on manager who can effectively manage all aspects of restaurant operations, from staff management and customer service to financial performance and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
- Manage facility maintenance and ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor restaurant staff.
- Develop and maintain staff schedules.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
Financial Management:
- Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators.

Requirements:
