POSITION TITLE: Senior Vice President
REPORTS TO: President, CEO
PAY GRADE: 17
DEPARTMENT: Executive
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
LOCATION: Remote
PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to fulfill Financial Center First CU’s vision of inspiring financial wellness. The position must deliver high quality service to both internal and external members by supporting and promoting our values to Care, Listen, Learn, Solve, and Act.
The Senior Vice President will assist with the post-merger conversion and transition process and any other responsibilities or duties as may be assigned by the President, CEO.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Support President, CEO with merger transition process. Examples of support include:
- Outreach to key vendors post-merger and as requested
- Outreach to key Indianapolis Post Office employees post-merger and as requested to facilitate smooth transition within all Indianapolis Post Office facilities
- Provide IPOCU operational information post-merger as requested
- Other duties as assigned to support the successful transition of the merger.
REQUIRED BACKGROUND:
- President / CEO experience within Credit Union structure.
- Minimum Ten Years of Senior Leadership Experience
