What You’ll Do
This dual role blends front and back office responsibilities, providing a dynamic and rewarding experience in healthcare.
Front Office Responsibilities :
Professionally communicate with patients via text and email—no phones!
Manage patient flow from check-in to check-out.
Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and maintain accurate EMR records.
Keep our office organized and running smoothly.
Back Office Responsibilities :
Assist with clinical procedures, patient prep, and education.
Accurately document patient visits with high-speed typing (60 WPM).
Maintain exam rooms and ensure equipment is clean and ready for use.
Follow up with patients on treatment plans and prescriptions.
Who We’re Looking For

Desired Experience :
Typing Proficiency : Minimum 60 WPM to efficiently document patient visits.
Clinical Background : 1 year of medical assisting experience preferred.
