What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Controller position at Financial Foothold?
The Assistant Controller will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively. This includes ensuring objectives and goals are met, supervising staff and providing constructive feedback. This position will be engaged in making decisions for operational activities and setting strategic goals for the firm. The Assistant Controller is responsible for enforcing company policies and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and works closely with Key Personnel and accounting team members.
