QUALIFICATIONS
- A commitment to the mission of Financial Health Network and a desire to positively impact the trajectory of a highly-impactful, national nonprofit
- 5 years of professional experience and demonstrated success in consulting or applied research.
- Financial Services industry market knowledge and curiosity.
- Demonstrated commitment to embedding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion across all internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Good presentation skills; an ability to communicate with influence and motivate multiple audiences.
- Superior organizational, project and time management skills with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Strong and efficient writing skills; ability to quickly synthesize data and present succinct, cogent arguments verbally and in writing
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve and multi-task while paying attention to detail.
- High degree of flexibility to work in an innovative, fast-paced environment and readily embrace change.
- Ability to commit to up to 10% domestic travel, with very occasional evening meetings (1-2/quarter).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage complex projects from start to finish using project management tools and strong communication skills.
- Deliver high quality consulting and customer defined research projects for the workplace solutions audience on time and on budget.
- Provide subject matter expertise and insights on financial health topics, advising clients to help design, launch, and grow financial service products and solutions that improve customer financial health as well as take strategic action toward becoming a financial health business.
- Participate in the development of proposals and budgets for consulting and grant funded opportunities that are financial services related.
- Act as a strong team member, providing leadership, on-the-job training and coaching and mentorship for senior associates, associates and interns.
- Contribute to client facing events, such as workshops and conferences.
