SCOPE :
The Graphic Designer II will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering high-quality corporate presentations for meetings, events, and strategic communications. Collaborating closely with the Enterprise Marketing team, Sales teams, and company leaders, this role will focus on creating visually compelling and brand-consistent presentations while also contributing to other marketing and communication projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-driven creative with strong critical thinking and communication skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Create custom and strategic visual designs for various business needs, including sales presentations, executive decks, event materials, and internal communications.
- Work closely with leadership and sales teams to develop impactful storytelling through visual presentations.
- Support the creation of other marketing assets, including event graphics, animated GIFs, social media content, print collateral, and short videos.
- Work with stakeholders and team members to define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables that best meet the project goals.
- Develop new and innovative templates for use across various marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain design consistency across all departments.
- Gain an intimate knowledge of FIG’s full range of services.
- Desire to produce exceptional and thoughtful solutions.
- Ability to help achieve results through proven technical skill, organization, uncompromising integrity, effective communication, and a keen eye for visual detail.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- When needed, take on additional non-design responsibilities, such as reviewing written content, coordinating with vendors, managing projects from start to finish, etc.
