WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Motivated, hardworking individual with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technically proficient and detail-oriented
- A collaborative team player who embraces FIP's core values
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- CFP® Candidate (preferred)
- Series 7 and Series 66 licensed (preferred)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the Client Services Team by learning back-office operations and internal processes
- Assist with delivering an exceptional client experience by preparing materials, coordinating meetings, and maintaining proactive communication
- Work closely with a Senior Financial Advisor to support both current clients and new relationships
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the FIP process and how it supports client goals and long-term success
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture that values integrity, kindness, and service to others

POSITION DETAILS
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, plus bonuses and benefits
