Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work with business units, 3rd party vendors and IT staff to integrate a cash management solution..
- Perform gap analysis to determine current/future state and process flows.
- Define and document business requirements (BRD).
- Write effective user stories that are development ready.
- Establish and maintain communication with client business and technical groups regarding progress of conversion/implementation.
- Work with Project Office groups monitoring and reporting milestone and planned activities.
- Ensure the testing and training process are running smoothly.
Qualifications
- 5 years of Capital Markets/Wealth Management industry experience.

Experience/Expertise with Cash Management, areas of knowledge to include the business requirements for:
- Deposits
- Bank Interest Processing
- ACH and Wire Transfers
- Client Payments
- Prior experience on large scale wealth management system implementations.
- Successful track record for completing projects tasks under tight deadlines.
- Extensive client facing and problem-solving experience.
- Excellent communication skills and strong documentation and presentation experience.
- Traditional Business Analyst experience including (documenting current and future state, cross functional flows, developing/modifying business requirement documents, user acceptance testing).
