Business Analyst – Brokerage / Wealth Management
Locations : Remote
Job Description
FITS Consulting is looking for Business Analysts with brokerage / investment industry experience to help our clients with back-office and middle-office systems implementations.
We are looking for candidates with solid brokerage / wealth management background and prior experience in a business analyst role on a major platform implementation project.
Responsibilities
- Brokerage settlement platform conversion / implementation.
- Perform gap analysis to determine current / future state and process flows.
- Define and document business requirements (BRD).
- Write effective user stories that are development ready.
- Establish and maintain communication with client business and technical groups regarding progress of conversion / implementation.
- Work with Project Office groups monitoring and reporting milestone and planned activities.
- Participate Mock and Parallel conversion testing activities.
- Ensure the testing and training process are running smoothly.
