Financial Advisor

Our client is a boutique financial planning and business consulting firm with a strong focus on helping business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals navigate their financial futures. We work closely with entrepreneurs, retirees, and professionals to craft personalized financial strategies. The firm thrives on a growth mindset, deep relationships, and a strong culture of professional development. We are currently seeking a Remote Financial Advisor to service and support our current wealth management clients and retirement plan participants. Additionally, this role will support the founder as an associate advisor for business owner clients, assisting in financial planning meetings, implementing recommendations, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Lead Advisor for current wealth management clients and retirement plan participants.
• Act as Financial Advisor to support our founder with wealth management and business owner clients.
• Prepare for meetings, handle para-planning tasks, and implement financial planning recommendations.
• Attend networking events and client meetings alongside the firms founder.
• Delegate follow-ups, coordinate implementation, and manage financial planning projects.
• Develop new business opportunities from existing relationships.

Experience/Qualities:

• Holds a Series 65 license or is willing to obtain it within 2 months.
• 1-3 years of experience as a licensed financial advisor or in a related role.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable in client meetings, networking events, and professional settings.
• Growth-oriented, hardworking, and aligned with our firms mission.
