Our client is a boutique RIA based out of Marble Falls, TX. They are seeking a Financial Planner to join their growing team. If you are looking for an opportunity to grow into becoming a Lead Advisor, this is a great opportunity.
Responsibilities:
-Work alongside lead advisors to meet client needs.
-Use the financial planning software to create and update financial plans for clients.
-Answer client questions regarding their financial plans.
-Collaborate with the team on planning related items.
-Path to becoming an advisor and managing relationships.
Qualifications:
-Strong written and verbal communication.
-Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
-Excellent organization skills.
-Team player and growth-oriented.
-Love for financial planning.
-Comfortable with working in the office.
Experience:
-A bachelor's degree in finance or financial planning is preferred.
-2-5 years of Financial Services experience is required.
-CFP or CFP candidate preferred but not required
-Experience using eMoney, redtail and/or orion is preferred.
Base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunity, base salary commensurate with experience, starting at $70k . Opportunity for health insurance reimbursement stipend and 401k plan. PTO policy.
Salary : $70,000
