Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining trust-based relationships.
- Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments and develop tailored financial plans.
- Present financial strategies and recommendations clearly, empowering clients in decision-making.
Technical Expertise:
- Design customized investment portfolios utilizing passive and active management strategies.
- Provide expertise in asset allocation, tax planning, estate planning, and retirement strategies.
- Leverage Orion Planning to analyze client scenarios and present actionable solutions.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
- Operate effectively within platforms such as Fidelity Wealthscape, Schwab Advisor Center, and Orion.
- Trade U.S. Treasuries, mutual funds, and ETFs as part of portfolio management and rebalancing strategies.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client plans.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to financial regulations, sharing insights with the team.
Qualifications:
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning with expertise across various client needs.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
- Proficiency with Fidelity Wealthscape, Schwab Advisor Center, and Orion.
- Proficiency in Orion Planning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to trade U.S. Treasuries, mutual funds, and ETFs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
