Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into software systems to support the operations department.
- Maintain and update databases with attention to detail.
- Utilize computer applications, including database management systems.
- Organize and manage both paper and electronic filing systems, ensuring all documents, forms, and invoices are up-to-date.
- Communicate with clients to address account statuses and fulfill customer requests.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree or higher (Preferred).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office filing systems. Ability to learn new software quickly and solve common technical issues.
- Personal Attributes: Strong focus, ability to work under tight deadlines, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Marketing, direct mail, financial, or insurance industry experience is a plus (but not required).
- Availability to travel up to 25% of the time.
