What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Service - Commission-based Sales of Prearranged Funerals position at Financial Services Company?
Are you the one? We are looking for experienced salespeople who genuinely want to help people make some of the toughest emotional buying decisions any of us ever have to make. We need you to understand there is a sales process but that it must be approached with compassion and integrity.
Primary Responsibility - To initiate appointments to present preplanning solutions within the community to individual families. Sales focus is on families who have not made prior cemetery or funeral arrangements. Additionally, existing families who have made initial arrangements are contacted to complete their funeral arrangements.
Appointment & Lead Sources include:
* Family Service - the families we serve at the time of burial by focusing on their surviving loved ones who need to make their own final arrangements
* Phone prospecting to new and existing points of contact
* Networking and seminars to create opportunities through education
* Referrals from all points of contact
Must Haves
* Valid driver’s license
* Willing to obtain and maintain necessary licensing
* Outgoing, sales-oriented personality and experience
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work toward pre-set goals and minimum production levels
