Jobs Description
- MUST HAVE Exp : Performance measurement and Performance attribution
- Bachelor's degree (or above) preferably in Finance or Information Technology
- ideally performance measurement and performance attribution, finance, or another related field
- Demonstrated aptitude for investment management or related financial systems, and / or a background in business system analysis
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of business functions, and particularly how performance measurement and attribution relate to portfolio management, and the overall investment process
- Experience working on project and backlog management and tracking tools such as JIRA
- Experience and understanding of Agile development methodologies, ideally in an investment technology or similar financial services software setting
- Experience working with business stakeholders and ability to translate their needs into requirements, breaking larger strategic objectives to smaller actionable tasks from which squad can deliver iteratively deliver business value
- Grasp product features and break them into clear and concise stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria
- Assist in the development of a product strategy, roadmap and plans for development, delivery, and support
