Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and seeking an exceptional Recruiting Manager to drive both business development and talent acquisition.
The Opportunity:
As a Recruiting Manager, you will be instrumental in growing our client base, identifying top-tier talent, and delivering outstanding staffing solutions for direct hire, contract, and contract-to-hire placements. You will work closely with companies to understand their hiring needs while also serving as a career advocate for job seekers looking for their next great opportunity.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both remotely and from our Colorado Springs office.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Business Development & Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with businesses in need of top talent in financial, accounting, administrative, and executive roles.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base.
- Consult with clients to understand their hiring needs and offer tailored staffing solutions.
✅ Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Source, recruit, and place top-tier professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
- Build a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates through networking, referrals, and strategic sourcing.
- Conduct interviews, assess skills, and match candidates with the right opportunities.
✅ Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted career advisor for job seekers, guiding them through the hiring process and connecting them with the right employers.
- Develop long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements and repeat business.
