Position : Account Manager As an Account Manager, you will serve as the dedicated champion for an assigned portfolio of banks and credit unions. Your primary responsibility is to foster and strengthen client relationships by acting as their trusted advisor. This role emphasizes delivering value through client-centric interactions, leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure client satisfaction, goal alignment, and ongoing success. Location : Birmingham, AL (hybrid role : 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
