Responsibilities :
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively engage with the digital sales teams, customers and prospects to drive business opportunities in the region including new sales, cross-sales, and / or upgrades.
- Collaborate with digital sales representatives throughout the sales lifecycle which may include exploratory meetings, demonstrations, workshops, system audits and gap analysis to assure consistency of messages.
- Participate in virtual discovery sessions with new sales opportunities and / or existing client base.
- Virtual solution demonstrations for new sales opportunities and / or within the existing client base.
- May maintain and update demonstration environment to ensure complete and accurate data, accounts, product set, and system parameters.
- Develop and update presentation scripts to stay current with product functionality, value proposition and strategic differentiators.
- Responsible to keep up to date with all product roadmaps, with the ability to articulate which features are coming with the next Product Release and discuss Roadmap items.
- Incorporate knowledge of competitive strengths and weaknesses into solution demonstrations.
