This is an exciting opportunity to drive lead generation for a leading financial services software organization as a Sales Development Representative. You will collaborate closely with both Marketing and Sales teams to identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails, maintaining a log of activities in the company's engagement platform and CRM
- Identify client and prospect needs, suggesting appropriate products/services
- Work with the marketing team to ensure suitable messaging reaches clients
- Stay updated on current industry trends, competitors, and company products/services
- Participate in user group meetings and trade shows as needed
- Participate in training programs as directed by your manager
- Maintain sales forecasting data in the company's sales reporting system
- Report periodic sales results
Experience
- Prior experience in the banking industry, either for a financial institution or technology vendor, is beneficial
- 0-2 years of inbound and/or outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience
- Finastra is an English-speaking company; Indonesian is a must-have for this role
- Track record of selling over the phone with a history of exceeding sales goals
- Account Management experience is a plus
