About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Account Management Executive to join our team at Finastra. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies to drive client retention and growth within a defined portfolio of accounts and/or territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's business, including their operating environment, business objectives, strategic initiatives, key stakeholders, and influencers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, building a sales pipeline that advances the sales pursuit to close with support from internal stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and driving growth and retention through valuable insights and expertise.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with client initiatives, maintaining accurate sales forecasting data and analyzing industry trends to inform business decisions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for Finastra's products and services.
