About the Position:
Finastra is seeking an experienced Sales & Account Management Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies to drive client retention and growth within a defined portfolio of accounts and/or territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, including their operating environment, business objectives, strategic initiatives, key stakeholders, and influencers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and build a sales pipeline, engaging and supporting internal stakeholders to advance the sales pursuit to close.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing valuable insights and expertise to drive growth and retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with client initiatives, maintaining accurate sales forecasting data and analyzing industry trends to inform business decisions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for Finastra's products and services.
