Reporting into the Senior Director, Corporate Communications, this is a newly-created role reflecting the recent addition of Analyst Relations to the Corporate Communications team. Analysts play a critical role in amplifying Finastra’s reputation to customers and the Financial Services market, and provide valuable insight and feedback on our strategic initiatives – at a corporate level and also at a Business Unit / product level.
Candidates with previous Analyst Relations experience will be prioritized, although applicants showing a demonstrable interest in AR combined with a background in project management, PR or Communications are encouraged to apply.
Along with project management experience, our checklist of essential requirements include: exceptional interpersonal skills, meticulous self-organization and prioritization skills, accountability and an ‘extreme collaboration’ mindset.
No day will be the same; one day may be sourcing and validating corporate data such as customer or go-live figures with our Business Units and strategic stakeholders, another day may be tracking, scheduling and attending Analyst Briefings with Business Unit partners or assisting with Requests for Information (RFIs), and another may be assisting the team with Quarterly Strategic Executive Briefing materials or distilling Analyst findings into consumable and digestible updates for the business. Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Clickup are advantageous, as are budget management experience and a familiarity with or interest in Generative AI tools for assisting and enhancing your day-to-day work.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support our Business Units with defining and pursuing their Analyst Engagement roadmaps, whether through subscription-based, pay-to-play, project-based or earned models
- Track and manage a repository of Analyst Relations interactions and build an RFI calendar to assist with forward planning
- Input into Analyst budget requirements, optimize subscriptions across each Business Unit and support ROI calculations for ongoing financial planning
- Maintain an Analyst key publication and awards annual calendar, such as Forrester Wave reports or Gartner Quadrant reports, and assisting with the promotion of any Finastra wins/inclusions
- Assist with monitoring Analyst insights to share with the business, and optimizing time allocations with Analysts to help Business Units derive maximum value for their goals and strategies
- Assist with Executive Briefings to the Analyst community and Consultant Briefings for US Mid-Markets (supporting with presentation materials, managing invitations and more)
- Work with the Business Units to create templated Analyst newsletters or frequent proactive touchpoints
- Maintenance of the annual AR budget – Netsuite or other ERP system skills are advantageous
- Be responsible for ‘owning’ corporate statistics on a rolling basis, working with diverse business stakeholders to verify and validate
- Work with the Brand, Web and Social Media teams to drive promotional programs around Analyst success
- Work with Internal Communications to share Analyst Relations successes with our global workforce of ~8,000 employees
- Required Experience:
- 3 years of Analyst Relations or Public Relations experience (preferred)
- 3 years Project Management experience
- Outstanding writing and presentation (PowerPoint) skills
- Unwavering attention to detail, driven by a demonstrable mindset of accountability
- A commitment to team success through collaboration: Clickup or similar collaboration tools advantageous
- A data-driven and analytical approach and a flair for reporting
- Budget management
- Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to deal with all levels of stakeholders with professionalism and integrity
- Familiarity with, or a strong interest in, leveraging Generative AI to assist with productivity and efficiency
- An interest in Financial Services, Software, business strategy and market intelligence
