What will you contribute?

As a Sales Executive at Finastra, you will drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. As a key player in expanding Finastra’s client base, you will focus on generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and Finastra products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding.

Required Experience:

  • 5 years sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record in new business sales.
  • Strong ability to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
