What You'll Do :
- Design Leadership : Develop and implement UI / UX strategies that drive user engagement and achieve product goals.
- User-Centric Design : Advocate for exceptional user experiences, ensuring designs are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.
- Collaboration : Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
- Prototyping & Testing : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while conducting usability tests to refine the user experience.
- Mentorship : Guide and inspire team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
- Innovation : Stay ahead of trends to incorporate cutting-edge design practices into our products.
- A degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven UI / UX design expertise with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
