Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coordination
Supervise and support Project Managers, Installers, Service Technicians, and the Service Coordinator.
Coordinate team efforts to ensure efficient project planning, resource allocation, and timely execution.
Provide guidance on operational priorities while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Operational Oversight
Manage processes related to upselling services, scheduling measurements, and general operational planning.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to establish and monitor departmental goals, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Work closely with the On-Site Supervisor (OSS) to address any on-site issues requiring high-level intervention.
Customer & Project Coordination
Oversee the scheduling and management of installations, ensuring smooth communication between customers, office staff, and field teams.
Implement improvements to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues proactively.
Ensure that all post-installation processes (excluding on-site troubleshooting) are efficiently handled by the team.
Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in workflows, focusing on long-term operational improvements.
Develop and refine procedures to enhance efficiency across departments and reduce inefficiencies.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate and thorough records of all projects, team activities, and customer interactions.
Provide regular reports to the Operations Manager, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
