About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to help expand our presence in the food & beverage and hospitality sectors. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience who are eager to develop their sales and business development skills.
You will work directly with restaurant, bar, and hotel owners to introduce our data-driven marketing technology and drive revenue growth. This position is perfect for a sales-driven professional who excels in building relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential hospitality partners in your
territory.
- Develop a pipeline of high-value restaurant and bar partnerships.
- Deliver compelling in-person presentations and product demos.
- Manage the sales process from initial outreach to onboarding and long-term account management.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred (but not required).
- Passion for tech sales, and business development.
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with business owners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Willingness to make 12–15 in-person visits daily to local businesses.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary uncapped commission.
- Starting with 25 hours/week and potentially switch to 40 hours/week based on performance.
- Expected earnings of $42K annually, with top performers exceeding $90K.Stipend for dining & transportation while meeting clients.
