What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Greeter position at Finchey Corp dba Pacific BMW?
Pacific BMW is looking to hire a Greeter in charge of providing a warm welcome to everyone driving into the Service Drive to drop off their vehicles for maintenance and repairs. This position reports to the Service Management Team. The Service Department Hours are Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm & Saturday 8am-5pm. Note this is a full-time 40-hour-per-week position paid hourly, it is not commission-based. The Starting rate for this position is $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications
- Familiarity and passion for the BMW brand
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Availability to work in a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current driver's license with a clean driving record of at least 3 years
- Bilingual/Multilingual is preferred: Armenian, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Thai, Spanish
Job-Specific Duties Include:
- Manage the greeter station when required setting the tone with the first impression, wearing radio headpiece at all times
- Ability to open and close loaner agreements within the time scope defined by management
- Accurately check in vehicles on the service drive ensuring all lot damage is noted and charged appropriately
- Research all vehicles that display idle days and ensure they are loaned out on the same day
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests who have questions or issues with courtesy vehicles
- Perform hourly check-ins on lot and daily to-do lists
- Utilize computer programs specific to the department such X-time, TSD, and Microsoft 365
- Perform miscellaneous tasks, reports, and duties as needed
