We are seeking a Product Manager – Content Accounting, Title, Rights & Royalties to lead and optimize systems for content rights, royalties, and financial operations. This role will play a critical part in enhancing workflows, managing system integrations, and ensuring compliance with financial and contractual obligations. Responsibilities : Contribute to the strategic roadmap for content accounting, title, rights, and royalties (TRR) solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain efficient workflows for content financials, improving automation and integration with existing financial systems. Support the integration and optimization of vendor systems such as Rightsline and Alliant, ensuring seamless financial and rights management operations. Collaborate with finance, accounting, legal, business affairs, and operations teams to enhance reporting accuracy and contractual compliance. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and optimal performance. Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from finance, content accounting, and rights management teams. Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, ensuring smooth implementation of new features. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements. Lead training and change management initiatives, ensuring stakeholders understand key system functionalities and updates. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field. Experience in media and entertainment, with a focus on content accounting, rights management, or royalty workflows. Strong knowledge of contract terms related to content licensing, royalty payments, and financial compliance. Hands-on experience with enterprise rights management and accounting systems such as Rightsline and Alliant. Proficiency in system workflow analysis and process optimization. Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach to troubleshooting financial system issues. Experience engaging with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, accounting, and technology. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
