Job Summary We are looking for a Tech Lead with strong experience in Java and Spring Boot to join our US team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, oversee the full software development lifecycle, and ensure high-quality software delivery. This role requires both hands-on development and technical leadership to drive innovation and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers, providing technical guidance and best practices Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using Java and Spring Boot Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical solutions Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance system performance Required Qualifications At least 8 years of experience in Software Development with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot Experience with Microservices Architecture and REST API development Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL Databases Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Proficiency with Containerization Technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes Strong understanding of CI / CD Pipelines and DevOps practices Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical skills Strong Communication and Leadership abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Front-End Technologies such as React or Angular Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other Messaging Systems Experience in the Media or Entertainment industry is a plus Powered by JazzHR
