Job Title : Youth and Music Pastor / Leader (FT Salaried)

General Summary
This position directly reports to the Lead Pastor.
The Youth and Music pastor / leader will develop and oversee the discipleship of young people from Middle School to College. They will lead, plan, and develop music and music teams for gatherings.
- Youth Ministry : 75-80%
- Music : 20-25%
Responsibilities
Lead and teach Middle School and High School programmingPlan music and other artistic / creative elements of worship gatheringsIdentify and develop current and new Ministry Partners (volunteer leaders) in youth and musicLead and organize all youth activities (Camps, youth events, fundraisers, etc.)Other Possible Opportunities – Based on Interest and Skill Set – Not Required
