Project Manager – Architecture

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our collaborative, design-driven architectural team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who is passionate about leading teams, managing projects efficiently, and delivering exceptional designs in a highly engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams with a strong focus on design, coordination, and execution.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Foster a collaborative studio environment, engaging with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Oversee the development of design and construction documents utilizing REVIT and other design tools.
• Guide projects through all phases, from conceptual design to construction administration.
• Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Professional degree in architecture from an accredited university and active registration required.
• 10 years of experience in an architectural practice, with a strong background in project management.
• Proficiency in REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Additional experience with Enscape, Rhino, or Grasshopper is a plus.
• Expertise in design-focused leadership and team collaboration.
• Prior experience managing financial aspects of projects and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Familiarity with the design of public places is preferred.
