Job Summary :
We are seeking a Hybrid Data Engineer & Database Administrator to manage our data infrastructure and pipelines, primarily within the Microsoft Fabric environment. This role involves building and optimizing scalable ETL / ELT pipelines, maintaining cloud & on-premise databases, and ensuring efficient data access for reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to data governance and security.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Engineering (50%) : Build and maintain ETL / ELT pipelines, integrate data sources, and develop data models for analytics and reporting.
- Database Administration (40%) : Manage cloud and on-premise databases (e.g., Azure, SQL), perform regular maintenance, optimize query performance, and ensure secure data storage.
- Professional Development (10%) : Stay current on cloud technologies, data tools, and best practices.
