Responsibilities

- Utilize project management software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and Primavera for effective tracking and reporting.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Civil 3D and other relevant tools to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct construction estimating and prepare comprehensive schematics for project proposals.
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Facilitate regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to communicate progress, address challenges, and implement solutions.
- Monitor project performance metrics and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
