Our client in Columbia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive/Operations Assistant to support the business and one of the VPs. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations and be proactive, always looking to move up and do more!
This is a hybrid position with possibility to work from home 1-2 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and create reports, track weekly data for all locations
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organized
- Attend meetings and take meeting notes
- Assist with marketing tasks through email
- Run errands one off times when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive work style looking for ways to continually improve processes
Compensation:
- $50,000-60,000 to begin with growth opportunities
- Health, dental, vison benefits
- PTO - 3 weeks per year prorated
