Role Description
A Diesel Technician at Find Great People | FGP will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and related systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Main Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to diagnose mechanical issues with diesel engines.
- Repair and replace faulty components, including brake systems and air compressors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient workflow and quality standards.
Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience working with heavy equipment, including trucks and construction machinery.
- Knowledge of Caterpillar engines and their specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
