Summary:
Our client is looking to add an IT Support Specialist to their team on a fulltime, direct hire basis. You will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting team members across departments, and implementing new solutions to meet technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain software and computer systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Assist colleagues and clients with technical issues via guided support.
- Maintain technical procedures and reports.
- Analyze logs and records to identify trends and potential issues.
- Support the implementation of new technology solutions.
- Manage user accounts and assist with login or password problems.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology for the business.
- Participate in meetings to provide technical insights.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS, applications, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with mobile device platforms and audio/visual technologies.
- SharePoint experience is a plus.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
