Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Lakeland, FL.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cold calling and CRM experience. The position offers a yearly base pay of $55,000-$65,000 plus quarterly bonuses averaging a total of $4,000-$8,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 30-50 outbound sales/cold calls daily to build relationships with customers.
- Conduct sales quoting, order entry, and order processing.
- Upsell and maximize sales packages for building products.
- Engage daily with the sales team to strategize on ways to increase sales.
- Run weekly reports.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of cold calling sales experience required.
- High-volume cold calling experience (20 calls daily).
- Ability to persuasively and professionally communicate with people of all backgrounds.
- CRM experience required.
- E-commerce experience a plus.
- Able to do minor travel (up to 10%–very rare).
- Valid driver's license.
- Able to pass a driver's check, drug screen, and background check based on company qualifications.
- Okay with doing 1-2 hours of overtime weekly (at overtime pay).
- Able to work onsite or REMOTE in Missouri or a surrounding state.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $55K-$65k/year base in hourly equivalent.
- Overtime for anything worked over 40 hours a week.
